LEGACY VOLUME TWO

Legacy Volume Two is a major annual Youth Life Management Fair with performances. The event’s main objectives over the years will be to draw the young in Lagos to Christ and raise models and standards for leadership in Nigeria. At Legacy Volume 2 this year, each young visitor’s attention is focused on the booth activity and stage performances, are shut down during such activity by a unique audible alarm system. Attendance at the maiden event reached 340+ persons through the 4hour duration. Annual attendance is projected to grow exponentially as the event gains traction.  The 2016 event will consist of two distinct time segments, namely:  - 2p.m. – 5p.m. to cater for senior secondary school students (SS1 to SS3) - 5p.m. – 8p.m. to cater to young adults (16 to 35years) - Targeted attendees - 500  We are Raising Standards and Models Within Our Society For Positive Impact! PLACE VALUE ON YOURSELF

Value has been defined by the popular Advanced Learner's Oxford English dictionary as " how much something is worth in money or other goods for which it can be exchanged", Arcus dictionary defines it as "regard highly; think much of". You know most people don't understand their self worth, that's one problem facing people in the world today, when you do not realize your self worth it brings about low self esteem. Truth is, if you do not love and value yourself, you cannot love and value someone else Self esteem, as defined by standard measures is how we feel about ourselves based mostly on comparison to others. To value yourself is more behavioral than emotional. Placing value on yourself goes beyond knowing your importance, it also entails appreciating the qualities you have. A good way to place value on yourself is TO STOP MAKING YOURSELF WORTH CONDITIONAL ON OTHER PEOPLE... To be continued...

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY NIGERIA!!!

Hurray! Nigeria celebrates 56 years of Independence, how time flies just like yesterday we gained independence, lol, like I was born then..
